 LR/DR/Kitchen and a full bath with 2 bedrooms > Queen master bedroom and full bed w/upper twin bunk in other.  There are 2 couches in LR.  Microwave, coffee pot, toaster, crockpot,  as well as full size stove and refrigerator.  We supply linens, tp paper, p toweling, coffee filters, dish/bar soap.  TV and DVD player as well as board games, cards, reading material, etc.

Limited Wifi.  Gas heat.
